Guided Climbing In Squamish!

Squamish is Canada's premiere rock climbing destination. The granite cliffs rising out of Howe Sound create a magical landscape. Squamish has an endless supply of climbing from single pitch laser cut cracks to long multi-pitch day climbs.

We offer a multitude of grades and options to suit your climbing needs. Options include: Multipitch Full Day and 1/2 Day. Whether you climb 5.6 or 5.12 we can plan an amazing day of climbing for you or your group. Contact us if you need help!

Itinerary:

Note: depending on the objective, your guide may require a different itinerary.

Meet your Guide at Cloudburst Cafe in downtown Squamish at 8am. Depending on the day, your guide may request an earlier meeting time at a different location. If you need to rent climbing shoes, it’s best to rent them the day before to be prepared for an earlier start.

Prerequisites:

• Ability to tie-in with a figure-8.

• Experience top-rope belaying.

• Can comfortably climb 5.7 indoors.
   

Equipment: 

• Harness

• Helmet (climbing)

• Belay device & Locking Carabiner

• Chalk bag

• Rock shoes (Climb On Squamish rents shoes)

Note: VMG can supply all equipment except rock shoes (can rent at Climb On Squamish).

Dates:

March - November daily 

Note: Private guiding will be accommodated on any date requested. VMG has a core group of chosen professional ACMG guides. 

Waiver

You are required to read the VMG Waiver and agree to it’s terms and conditions prior to paying or signing. Your guide needs to see the emailed waiver verification before participating.
